Accessibility statement

RENT503 wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or screen magnification.

What we build to

We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means text meets minimum contrast ratios against its background, every interactive element can be reached and operated with a keyboard and shows a visible focus outline, form fields have real labels, images carry meaningful alternative text, and information is never communicated by color alone.

Where we know we fall short

Parts of this site rely on third-party software, including our property management system's resident portal and listing tools. We do not control the accessibility of those systems and cannot guarantee they meet the same standard. If you hit a barrier in one of them, contact us and we will help you complete what you were doing another way.

Housing accessibility

Separately from this website, RENT503 complies with federal, Oregon, and local fair housing law, which includes considering reasonable accommodation and modification requests from applicants and residents with disabilities. Ask us and we will explain the process.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it, and we will work with you directly in the meantime. Email contact@rent503.com.
