What we collect here

If you submit the owner consultation form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address, unit count, and message you enter. That is the only information this website asks you for.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to you about managing your property. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking to be on one.

Other systems

Rent payments, maintenance requests, lease documents, and rental applications are handled in our property management system, not on this website. Information you enter there is governed by that system's own privacy terms in addition to ours.
